Ownly ONCE

Privacy Policy

How Ownly ONCE collects, uses, and protects information when you use itsownlymoney.com and related services.

Last updated · September 11, 2026

1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, financial-readiness goals, assessment responses, messages, scheduling information, and information you choose to share with our coaching team.

We may also automatically collect technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and approximate location derived from an IP address. We use cookies and similar technologies for site operation, analytics, and marketing measurement.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; provide resources and services you request; review assessment responses and prepare relevant follow-up; schedule sessions and provide support; operate, secure, measure, and improve the site; understand campaign performance; prevent fraud and misuse; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the site and our business, including hosting, analytics, scheduling, communications, customer-management, payment, and document-storage providers. We may also share information when you direct us to connect you with a provider, when disclosure is required by law, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

Payments for coaching are completed through independent checkout providers, including Square, Stripe, PayPal, and Commas. Those providers collect and process payment information under their own privacy policies and terms. We may receive confirmation and transaction information needed to administer your enrollment.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share assessment responses with a marketplace provider unless you ask us to connect you or otherwise authorize it.

4. Marketplace links and affiliate partners

The site links to independent providers. When you leave the site, that provider’s privacy policy governs the information you give it. Some links may be affiliate links, which can allow Ownly ONCE to receive a referral fee; they do not give us control over the provider’s privacy practices.

5. Cookies and analytics

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand use of the site, measure campaigns, and improve communications. You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies, although some features may not work as intended.

6. Data retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and requests

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete personal information, email admin@ownly1nce.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights.

8. Children’s privacy

The site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy from time to time. For questions about this Policy or our privacy practices, contact admin@ownly1nce.com.
